Return policy
All returns must be authorized by Microscopios Profesionales to ensure proper credit and must be requested within 15 days of purchase. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and any cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee. For returns that are not due to an error by Microscopios Profesionales, the customer is responsible for all transportation costs related to the returned product. If a return is granted, the purchase amount less shipping and handling charges and other applicable fees will be deducted (restocking fee).
